Dec Break Part 2

The second part of the break I decided to move 3 rooms upstairs.  Jace's bedroom moved to the big room.  And stuff from the two play rooms and closets moved to his old bedroom.  So now, his old bedroom is a storage room/sewing/crafting room.  It was a lot of work, but worth it.

Since Jace was moving rooms, we let him pick a new theme: Harry Potter.  Here are some pics after we painted and redecorated.

His loft with day bed/couch underneath.  Rylee made him the Deathly Hallows pillow.  She has plans to make him some curtains to close in the day bed area too.

A portal to Hogwarts perhaps?

Rylee is even more obsessed with Harry Potter than Jace (and working her way through the books this year - she's on #4) so I could tell that she wished she could change her room a little too.  She ended up doing a girly Potter theme.  Here are some pics of her updated room.

The wreath we made at Halloween and the "No Muggles" sign Rylee made marks her entrance.

Rylee colored these pics of Dobby and Buckbeak 

then cut them out and put them on scrapbook paper.  

She also made these 3 shadowboxes.  She's crafty like her Gaga.

Any way both rooms are very cute or should I say magical?!
